From noise to signal.
Three movements of the same instrument: capture the record, structure it, and resolve it into a score you can defend.
The record, at the source
Judgments, claims, gazette notices and enforcement actions — captured across DIFC, ADGM, DFSA, mainland courts and free zones, hashed and archived.
Documents become events
Every document is distilled into structured legal events — fifteen types, from bounced cheques to liquidation — resolved to the exact legal entity, in English and Arabic.
Events become a signal
Events compound into a 300–900 score and an A–E grade, where higher is safer. No black box: every point traces back to the document that earned it.
- Bounced cheques · 3 events−38 pts
- Civil lawsuits · 2 active−22 pts
- Regulatory enforcement · 1−15 pts
Illustrative example — a live score links every deduction to its source document.
Watching the whole field.

What is Counterscope?
Counterscope (Marsad — مرصد, "observatory") is a counterparty-risk intelligence platform for UAE business. It monitors courts, regulators, insolvency notices and official registries, structures what it finds into risk events — from judgments and enforcement to liquidation and bounced cheques — and resolves them into an explainable risk score for any UAE entity.
How is the score computed?
Every entity gets a 300–900 score and an A–E grade, where higher is safer. The score is built only from documented legal events — judgments, claims, enforcement actions, notices — and each contributing point links back to its source document. The full method is public on the methodology page.
Which sources are covered?
DIFC Courts, ADGM Courts, DFSA enforcement actions, mainland court publications, free-zone notifications and official gazette notices — in English and Arabic.
